This company is terrible. I've tried dealing with them for many years. Customer service is a close to zero as it gets. This time around ordered a rifle and it has not shipped in over 2 weeks of business days. I've emailed them twice and no response in over a week. Called and just got automated service, told me my order had been refunded and shipped, how could that be? To be fair sometimes you get lucky and your item actually ships fast or not--like this time. Whoever runs this company should be fired. Among the worst firearms sites on the internet, had so many problems I think this will be my last order after many years of trying to do business with these knuckleheads.

I purchased 6 .45 cal. magazines, the website clearly states that this product fits my fire arm. Upon receipt the mags didn't fit, I returned to the website and the product is incorrectly listed. Looking at other reviews I am not the first person this has happened to. After calling to initiate the return I had to go to UPS as that is the only carrier they allow return to ship through. It cost me an additional $20 to return ship, I am $30 in on shipping cost and have no product. Daniel says all they can do is offer a 10% discount on future purchases. The site is still listing the incorrect product at the time the discount code was provided.

RUN! Made 2 order for around $1k at steep discounts... They cancelled both w/o warning or notice claiming'fraud'. Nobody reported anything nothing suspicious. I call FRAUD on PSA. Never again!

How you send someone an email of an item that is back in stock while I have phone in hand I click the link and it’s out of stock make it make sense it’s very aggravating and I build(a lot)and post customer service has no clue on what’s going on when you say in stock that means more then 30units low stock means 10 or less it seem like you’re defined definition of in stock is one or two units. That’s a problem. I can never purchase what I want to from you guys there’s always an issue

This place has 0% Customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone. They were rude. I will NEVER deal with this sorry ass place again. Don't waste your time.

Had a difficult time ordering a riffle kit off of this site. After switching cards multiple times the site continuing to decline my cards and I lost out on my purchase due to the product going out of stock. Very disappointed.

The weapons are fine, its the fact you cant contact them with a simple questions bought a 9mm and a trijicon, that doesnt fit the return was a nightmare and I just wanted to purchase the correct one. NO LUCK, cant get ahold of anyone I wish the CEO would go through the process for a simple question. I will move my business, the headache is not worth it!! I WISH I would get a responce so I could purchase the correct site!

Don't buy an egiftcard online as a present for someone! I only found out AFTER I purchased a Gift card for $500.00 that we could not use it for 48 hrs? They took my money immediately, so why could'nt I use it immediately? When I called to either cancel or have it activated so my husband could use it, I was told there was nothing they could do and they would not cancel it even though I just bought it. Does the 48 hrs include weekends? Who knows? Its a total scam! They essentially stole my money and who knows if I'll be able to use the gift card ever or get my money back? I have never heard of a delay in being able to use an Egift Card before.

They do not stand behind their advertised prices. I received 8 boxes of 20 gauge 3” #2 shells. I originally ordered 200 because it was listed as 250 rounds per order(10 boxes) at a super cheap price. The price they had listed was wrong so they shipped 8 boxes rather than 80 which I ordered. They still charged me $121.99 in shipping. I was offered to return shipment for a refund or keep it and get a $25 card for my troubles. So 8 boxes of shells cost &183.92 plus $23.55 in taxes and $121.99 shipping for a grand total of $329.46. $00.92/ round verses the advertised $00.08 per round. Almost impossible to talk to a live representative. Was treated as I committed a crime had to send pictures of box, contents, shipping label and invoice. Complete terrible service and never a simple we made a mistake or I’m sorry. Shop at your own risk

In September I purchased Centurion BP -12 12gauge from PSA. Within two weeks I receive The shotgun, broke it down and cleaned it thoroughly. Spell within 30 days of purchasing this weapon I took it to the range and used high-quality. However, towards the end of the 25 rounds the weapon fails the feed or fire. I attempted to contact PSA, since they advised they would help with effective merchandise. It took 3 emails to PSA to get a response on making a return. I also tried to call them several times. Using their own prompts, I would either get a message saying that the prompt was not available or be put on hold for 30 minutes with not ever answer. You may get a good deal from PSA to purchase weapons for them to get sale. But, as far as post purchase service or customer service they get a zero. PSA further advised me that it was 30 days past the purchase date which is correct the purchases over 30 days, and I had to contact the manufacturer even though I didn’t receive the weapon until over a week when it was purchased. I made a BBB complaint received no response from the company saying that they don’t “Palmetto State Armory does not warranty third party devices” I thought that Palmetto state Army was a legitimate company. But, they do not truly have a lifetime warranty, or backup any products that they sell even from third party. Why purchase a firearm from this company if they’re have the decency to guarantee a purchase for less than 90 days. This is the last firearm that will purchase from this company.

Buyer Beware ... PSA does not stand behind their own website advertising, website shows gun with a stock; however, manufacture stated they stopped shipping stocks in Jan 2023, yet it's Oct 2023 and PSA is still using old photo. No customer service, they didn't even respond to information they requested to resolve. I am still waiting on a response as it should not take long to stand behind your own website! DO NOT waste your time and money with Palmetto State Armory!

I ordered a gift card for a friend. I got an order confirmation and my card was charged. My friend gets an email saying a gift card is on the way. A day later I get an email saying that my order was canceled due to suspected fraud? I try to contact them via chat and its a stupid computer that is unhelpful. I try to call and I get another stupid computer that proves unhelpful. My friend never got the gift card, but the $20 charge remains on my credit card statement. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Lots of better options to purchase ammo from.

Even though I filtered for just Semi-Automatic firearms to place my order, I had to cancel because it was non-compliant. I called back to get some help to order a compliant firearm and I was literally disconnected while talking and sent to a survey like it was done intentionally. Terrible customer service, I’ll buy my firearms somewhere else.

Bought gun online. Called PSA in Columbia to verify my gun had arrived. Gun department would not pick up phone and hung up instead of taking call. Called back and talked to customer support and they verified that my gun had arrived. I went to the store and presented my drivers license and told associate the gun that I came to pick up. The associate would not go pick up my gun so I asked to speak to the manager at which he came over and defended the associate. I was irritated and the manager said that I could just come back tomorrow (if I didn't like my service). I live about 40 miles from PSA. I don't appreciate the customer service that I received. I have purchased a few firearms from PSA and the only thing that was needed was my identification and the firearms that I wanted to pick up. I will probably continue to buy from PSA but I realize that I have to put up with the crappy service when I walk into the store.

I try to order one gun from their website, the website showed error signs when checking out and on the third time my order went through successfully. I ended up ordering three guns instead of one and instead of getting a full refund I am out $40 for shipping because of their website malfunctioning. so if your order says it had an error at check out, don’t believe it it probably went through

Purchasing a riffle? I did and was super excited to have it shipped to my FFL dealer. Now, keep in mind, I live in the great state of Washington (Grrrr!) where King Inslee made it illegal to purchase and/or import any magazine greater than 10 rounds. That being said, the M&P Sport II AR15 5.56/.223 I purchased “came with” a 30-round magazine. I never saw the magazine! When I wrote in to the customer service department requesting either a 10 round replacement magazine or a $15 credit towards a 10 round I could purchase (from them). Rather than reply with something helpful, I was awarded a copy-and-pasted statement from the “Terms and Conditions” section of the of the legal company policy. Does anyone really ever read this stuff other than the company’s attorney who wrote it? Here is what I received from them: “Hello Michael, Thank You for Contacting Palmetto State Armory! Magazine Restrictions in our Terms & Conditions Palmetto State Armory abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states that have active magazine restrictions. We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines. Best Regards, Tatyana Palmetto State Armory Customer Service (803) 724-6950” “Best regards”? Really? How about: “F*@K Off! We don’t care about your business!” At least it would be more sincere! Caveat emptor my fellow riflemen.

AWFUL. They are ALWAYS out of stock pf everything and their customer service is horrible. I cancelled an order and it took them two weeks to "process" a refund. They are lazy as hell and should be avoided at all cost.
