Leaving one star because zero is not an option. Ordered one "new" firearm, which was not functional and damaged. Multiple attempts to contact them and numerous emails went unanswered. I managed to ship the gun back, stating I specifically wanted a refund for the product. They shipped the gun back and decided it was appropraite to blame me for damages. I decided today to give them a call, and see if there was anything they could do to assist me in placing a large gun order. Shockingly, they had nothing for me. I do not see myself ever ordering anything from them again, and quite frankly would not take a free gun from their business.
