I ordered a Vortex Venom, that was defective. I called for advice on how to return it, and if I would be reimbursed for the return shipping; I was told I would be reimbursed. Now, PSA is unwilling to return my shipping charges for their defective product. My advice- stay away from PSA, and file a complaint with BBB, just as I have.
