We had part of our order delivered today and the other part was missing and we didn't know that it was a drop shipment from a third party.
We called the PSA customer service desk spoke to a real pleasant and helpful service representative by the name of Jessica and she was able to give us a prompt secondary shipping information that was extremely helpful.
Jessica also followed up with an email with all of the helpful and pertinent info.
