PSA’s customer service is second to none. If issues arise, (rarely) they are spot on with getting them resolved and making their customers happy. Their best assets are the customer service representatives, Trayona, deserves a huge shoutout!! Very efficient and professional, but what stood out the most was her delightful demeanor. It’s nice to speak with someone these days who truly seems to enjoy their job providing “customer service”. Great job Trayona and PSA!!!
