I had an issue with a Compact Dagger, I sent an email, received a call within the hour, explained the problem. The Gal took all the information and about 45 minutes later I received a email with an RMA for the return.
The service people were great and kept me informed of the repair and I had the Firearm back to me in 10 Days, Repaired, from the time they received it.
I can't say enough about the Staff, and Efficiency and correspondence that they provided. Just Excellent!
