I only ordered from them just recently for a friend of mine has ordered on two different occasions a case of Shotgun shells an received it in a total of 4 days from time he ordered to the time he received it. I thought they they had change the way they operated so I go online an place a $150.27 order . I'm teaching my Step son how to shoot an didn't want to use the buck shot I have due to the cost. I went ahead a ordered 60!more buckshot 50 #7 an 50 #3 an also 25 rounds of slugs. All the ammo was shown in stock. I really didn't pay any attention to the 5 to 10 bus days before they ship. I had planned on taking my son this weekend to the camp to give him more time to learn the in an outs of being a responsible an have knowledge of the gun. I call yesterday to see when they would be shipped.The customer support said , He didn't have any idea for they ship out from many places .To expect a confirmation once they do. Now this is going on 6;so far business days. They don't count Saturday,but yet the very day I placed the order,My card was charged. I should have went with my gut feeling an how several friends have had issues with them. I have to tell my son today that we won't be able to go an practice tomorrow. My son only was able to shoot 25 rounds last weekend. Im using this as a incentive for his school work an attitude of being a responsible young adult.
