Dear Sir(s), It was my pleasure to have been served by Marie today who although it turned out the item I was attempting to locate thru a training film, an arken optic, which was represented to have been obtained thru your company but apparently is no longer available from you, Marie was so so kind and helpfull , she looked the arken company up for me as I did not know the spelling of the company name. Marie definitely went above and beyond and should be recogniized for her wonderful representation of your company which is what I have grown to expect from my dealings with your people.
