Unfortunately it took a while to finally get connected to a Custormer Service rep, as the automated system on Palmetto over the phone isn't the great. Can definitely use some improvement. But other than that, it was great. Got my order fixed quickly (though I still haven't received a confirmation email that the order was cancelled).
Mike was awesome. Super helpful guy!! He made the experience great.
