Regina in customer service helped solve my issue. I was using a discount code that did not go through when I purchased online so I emailed and called (it was a Sunday though so perhaps the reason) and I didn’t hear back so I canceled the order but it had been processed for shipment. Regina took care of it which means I will shop PSA again. Only note would be to be more price competitive as I found the same weapon on sale (every penny saved in this terrible economy is necessary).
