I bought a gift certificate in the amount of $200 and never got an e-mail with the code to use for the purchases. I canceled the other, 2 weeks later, after speaking with several people at costumer service, each with a different answer. One of the answers was that the item was in the warehouse waiting for shipment. (???) The recipient was supposed to get an e-card!!
So, needless to say that costumer service is that bad.
I never got any communication or my money back! Dishonest to say the least!
