I'm a frequent customer of PSA, or now more likely a former customer and a current hater of PSA.
They have recently changed their shipping policy to Alaska. Very recently. Sometime within the last few weeks they decided to require a freight forwarder in order to complete all orders to Alaska.
To those of you who don't know what that is, that is a third-party shipping service usually specializing in shipping large (think engine blocks) or sensitive (hazmat) items.
So...now PSA requires that ALL orders (even non-bulky, non-hazmat items) to Alaska go through a freight forwarder.
Uh. No. Keep your items and I'm confident that 99% of other Alaska customers will feel likewise. Yes, I'm sure you'll still sell FFL-items, but accessories and parts are where margins are and you just lost us.
Here's the scoop PSA, I don't see anyone wanting to add $100 to shipping every time we order from you.
