Despite the description on the PSA website AND on the package itself, these mags did not fit my H&K USP .40 cal. I tried to contact PSA through their chat bot only to be informed (multiple times) that no agents were available to help me. I finally called PSA and they gave me the run-around prior to eventually sending me an RMA number and telling me I would have to pay for return shipping (after I paid the original shipping). After returning the item and verifying that the item had been received, I had to call AGAIN to remind them I was owed a refund.
The refund? The cost of the item minus shipping (which I paid twice) and taxes.
How a vendor handles challenges is critical and PSA failed miserably.
