I had been trying to a PAN card past 1 year and was unsuccessful. As an NRI I understood I didn't need Aadhar card to get a PAN but was not able to to convince the people at the PAN centers office to consider my application. Neither was I able to get clear information on why my application was not being accepted. I could not go in person to India so that made this whole process all the more difficult. I was reluctant to trust any agency to get it done for me. But eventually decided to give PAN Card Express a try. They got it done without any issues. They limit the information you have to enter via a UI so that you don't get startled on what and how you need to fill the PAN application. They are very responsive, patient in explaining clearly about the process and the timelines. I would gladly refer PAN Card Express to anyone who wants to get a PAN card without having to deal with the hassles of the whole application filing process on your own.
