Dear Friends, I am not sure if this is the case with them all the time or just in the current situation. Absolutely pathetic service. I did apply for a re-issue of my PAN to be delivered to AUS in the mid of July and was told it might take 1-2 weeks extra due to COVID delays while the normal is 2 weeks. The tracking number I was given shows Consignment details not found in India Post site. Pan card express stopped responding to my queries after I gave a signed letter to post a query to IT department regarding missing consignment. Its been 10 days since I gave the lettter and they are absolutely pathetic in treating a customer. Please avoid their service and consider getting it through Fedex if you already have the original in India.
