The whole process was quite easy to understand. You have to follow the instructions quite rigorously as there isn't an opportunity to make alterations. Otherwise good.
One other useful change would be to be able to save the application and come back to it later.
The delivery of the PAN card itself from the time I had email confirmation, took longer than I expected.
