Hello - I live in the U.S. and I found out that I needed a PAN card for some site sale in India. I did a web search and came across the PAN Card Express site. The instructions were clear and I sent my documents at the end of April 2022. I received my e-PAN number around mid May and the PAN card by mail on June 1, 2022. The Customer Service was excellent. The staff kept me updated on the progress of the PAN card application throughout. P. Unnikrishna.
