(Delivery took a little longer time than expected, creating some confusion wondering if we missed the mail, & so was worried since the email message had also said that if card is missed, then it will not be resent.) [A Suggestion : The delivery envelope was a very small one approximately 3x4 inch size. It would be better if a regular or long envelope can be used for delivery, since our local US postal dept said that it was such a small envelope & didn't look like a speed post, & so would have been easily overlooked & put along with regular mail.] * Overall very happy with the PAN Card Express services.
