I was happy that I got my Pan card but was a little disappointed that it took so long for it to be processed. I was expecting it to come with in 10 days but received it after a month in an just ordinary mail which I thought was a junk mail. The envelope was so flimsy and was almost open. Did not get any notification from either you or the USPS that it is being mailed.
