If I could give ten stars, I would do that. I lost my PAN card, and I needed to apply for a new PAN card; however, all the other agents I went to said that I needed an Aadhar card. Since I am not an Indian citizen, I am not allowed to get an Aadhar card, and because I did not have an Aadhar card, I could not get a replacement PAN card. I went through so much trouble; I finally found Pan Card Express. What a lifesaver they were. Their professionalism was ten on 10. They handled my situation and handheld me through the whole process, with very clear instructions. It was an absolute delight dealing with them. My PAN card arrived as they had promised. I wish there were more companies in India like Pan Card Express.
