I was very satisfied with the service provided by Pan Card Express. Except for the slight delays in having to leave a voice message and receive a return phone call, otherwise the communication was excellent with both offices, New Jersey and Chennai, India, keeping me updated at every step of the process. The entire process was efficient and took just over a month to complete, the delay being caused by customs at Mumbai that was out of anyone's control. What really impressed me was that when I followed up a few times with the Chennai office to find out the cause of the delay, they initiated a complaint with the postal service on my behalf without my having to ask. I would recommend this service to all NRIs in North America.
