Pan Card Express provided great customer service by communicating with me at every step and answering my queries via email within few hours. I received my PAN card within 1.5 months. This is including the Speed Post time that took for PAN card to be delivered from Mumbai to Washington, DC. I never had any issues, they provided me with tracking info right after it was assigned by UTLIC. I was told that it takes 15 business day to process the card by Indian Government, it took ~13 days for my card processing. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get a PAN card from India but hesitant about this service.
