I was going to India on short notice and didn't have much time (less than 3 weeks) to apply for a Pan card as an OCI. PCExpress were absolutely fantastic. Their application process was easy and straight forward. They had an UK contact number which helped me immensely. They checked that the documents I would be sending to their office in India were satisfactory by email first to avoid any delays due to any incorrect submissions . Their responses were prompt and concise. The paperwork was completed even earlier than the times they stated it would be. In short, I received both my e-pancard and actual pancard before I flew out.
