The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Communications were timely and very clear. There was complete transparency and as a customer I was very happy.
One thing you could improve on is that the requirements for photograph was a bit confusing. The form said one thing but the customer rep said that US based customers could send whatever fit in the box since the size wasn’t available. At the end I was extremely pleased. Top notch service!! I will strongly recommend your service to my friends.
