I received many helpful emails from Ms Prachi Gupta guiding me through the process of completing the application form and informing me about the documents that I would need to send to her in support of my application. The phone number on the website was unobtainable, so she gave me her own (WhatsApp) number to reassure me that she could be contacted if I had any queries or concerns. The application cost £38 and the DHL courier cost was the same. On the 8th December I received confirmation from Ms Gupta that the tax office were satisfied with my application and had issued me with a PAN. I wasa very impressed by the speed in getting the PAN, a process I know can take many weeks. The actual PAN card is being sent to my London address and has not arrived yet, but as long as I have the PAN, I am very pleased.
