“BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG TIME TO RECEIVE THE PAN CARDS, BEEN DELIVERED AT A WRONG ADDRESS DONT KNOW WHERE, WILL MAKE SURE I GET THE REFUND, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, AVOID DOING PAN CARDS I DONT KNOW WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, I HAVE TO RE APPLY AGAIN I WILL MAKE SURE I GET THE REFUND JUST WASTED A LONG TIME SHAME.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with the service that was provided to me for a NRI pan card. Applied for my card early December and they told me that I would received the card within two weeks and it's been two months and I've not received my card so far. My card was delivered to an Indian address on Jan 12th and no update after that until my follow up email on Jan 22nd. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all.”

“As an American citizen I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but once I started my process with them, I was truly taken aback by the exceptional service from pancardnri.com. Their staff was very efficient and helpful throughout the process of getting my PAN card. I received my card here in the USA (at my Richmond address, here in Virginia) within just 15 days, and it arrived in a timely and accurate manner. The team was always available to answer my questions and provided me with a step-by-step guide for the application process. I am also deeply impressed with the service charges asked by them. Certainly the lowest by any NRI PAN agency here in the USA. I was additionally impressed with their customer support - they took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with detailed instructions for the application process. “My Name is Jitu and live in the UK.I needed to apply for Pan Card for my wife.I sent my application by UPS to Prachi.For some reason the UPS in India wouldn't release the documents. We waited 2 weeks sending them copies of the contents etc but no luck. Eventually Prachi managed to carry out all the whole application process online.Today I received my conformation of my wife's PAN Card. Prachi Gupta assisted us step by step from start to end and went out of her way to sort the issues out for us. Prachi Gupta and her team are very professional, reliable and trustworthy. “They do deserve most a most enthusiastic "Thumbs Up" for the excellent service that they provide. I tasked them in the past to obtain Pan cards for my children.
