“you did a great job until our PAN cards were delivered to your office. Then the response to my enquiry was rather lukewarm regarding sending our cards to our USA address, providing us with the method of sending with routing number. It perhaps was not your fault as you deal with many methods of sending the cards, which could have been communicated earlier. My friend who recommended was also some what disappointed. It is always good to show the same courteousness throughout your dealings with the customers. However, I do appreciate your kind help very much. Thank you.”

“We are quite satisfied with Ms Prachiji's handling of PAN Card application. Since we left India long ago, we did have an idea how business offices function in the recent years. Her handling of processes and fast responses are appreciated by us. We were hoping such responses from Govt. offices and Indian mail system (so called SPEED MAIL) but were disappointed because after their massages, we waited for 50 days and did not receive the PAN Cards. Upon informing the situation to Prachiji; she got the cards and sent them by DHL(third day delivery). Perseverance is one driving force that makes her to deliver results in time and good faith. “Efficient service, with prompt and professional follow-up. Slight delay as we, as customers, had to be the one to clarify the accuracy of the address, as the postal code given in the original address was incorrect. I.e., if we had assumed the first address and sent it there, without validating first, the postal code would have been wrong. Would be good if the customer service rep could ensure the accuracy of the address from the beginning. Thanks!”

“I worked with Ms. Prachi Gupta, she was very prompt in answering my questions and concerns. I strongly recommend the service if you are applying for a pan card from overseas. Only issue I had was, I sent a registered mail from USA and it took forever to reach them. After they got my documents, everything went smooth and fast.”
