Efficient service, with prompt and professional follow-up. Slight delay as we, as customers, had to be the one to clarify the accuracy of the address, as the postal code given in the original address was incorrect. I.e., if we had assumed the first address and sent it there, without validating first, the postal code would have been wrong. Would be good if the customer service rep could ensure the accuracy of the address from the beginning. Thanks!
