“I think the website, emails and filled out samples are great! Prachi was always prompt in her replies. In my case, I was getting frustrated because of delay in mailing, but it was resent. Only complain would be the tracking link that does not work! Overall- great service”

“Ms. Prachi followed up on the application promptly and she always was very courteous and patient and answered my numerous questions. It was a pleasure working with her and received the pan card right on time. Me being NRI was worried about the whole thing. But with Ms. Prachi's assistance the whole thing went very smoothly. “I used this company (PanCardNri.com) for applying for new PAN card after having lost it 6 years ago. Initially I was a bit skeptical to pay what I thought a but higher fee ($ 50) . But was really impressed from their services; especially the executive named Prachi Gupta was prompt and attentive to details. Got my PAN card without hassle and delay. Really good service.”
