I worked with Ms. Prachi Gupta, she was very prompt in answering my questions and concerns. I strongly recommend the service if you are applying for a pan card from overseas.
Only issue I had was, I sent a registered mail from USA and it took forever to reach them. After they got my documents, everything went smooth and fast.
