The option to apply for and get PAN card in the mail was appealing. However, tracking was not easy. I suggest taking a very hard look at choice of courier vendors and keep customers aware of status and whereabouts of their card. I am glad I got my cards, but it was very stressful all along until I got it. I will not recommend going through this unless you don't have another choice. Thanks.
