I applied for a Pan Card and Ms Prachi kept me informed at every stage. The online instructions were clear and easy to follow. I received my Pan Card within 6 weeks from the date of payment and online application. Ms Prachi sent me a parcel tracking code so I could see when my Pan Card would be delivered. I am now in the process of assisting my relative in completing an online application. This is an excellent service and I wish to thank Ms Prachi for an excellent service. John (UK)
