Hi
I have applied for my pan card from overseas through pancardnri.com.The process was very simple and ms Prachi helped me throughout the process.
Please make sure to provide clear information such as whether you are applying for new card or duplicate card.both the forms are different and I had to spent some money unnecessarily due to this confusion.Otherwise everything else seems to be straightforward.
