Prachi has been extremely helpful to us in getting our PAN card, although we have had no prior contacts with her. Initially, being in a foreign country, we were a bit nervous in sending her our personal information and the needed amount to a stranger. Her instructions were seamless, and so were her quick correspondences. We did NOT have single issue with the process. She kept her word to the letter and commitment.
