Miss Prachi Gupta is the excellent employee of Nri firm ,the way she handle and approach customers for pan card is unbelievable.Her quick response on E-mail is very quick and appropiate.As per firm's promise she complete her task very delightfully.Miss Prachi kept in touch with me until the whole process of pan card was completed and until,I received my pan card at my home in the USA.
