I read some online reviews of the company before organising the PAN Card from PanCardNri.com. The process and the directions given were very precise and easy to follow. I would like to see the communication to be a better managed. I tried contacting the lady I was dealing with but got no response. It was only after I contacted the owner/ snr manager of the business that I got some traction on my enquiry as I had been waiting longer than the promised 2 weeks for my PAN card. eventually it all arrived though.
