I worked with Prachi from NRIInvestIndia for my PAN card. Prachi helped me a lot to get it. She kept on updating me with the status and quickly replied to any queries I had. Also when at the last moment, I had her ship the PAN card to my India address, which she readily agreed and made sure it was sent to proper address.
