When I first contacted them, they promptly responded by letting me know that my request has been received. And from then on they let me know when I should expect to receive the application package/kit, emailed me a very detailed step-by-step set of instructions on filling out and mailing the application, and when I could expect to receive my PAN cards. The most important aspect was communication. They were very professional, accurate, and timely.
