Many things made my experience with PanCardNri a happy one.
First, there was excellent communication from the service representative. I was pleasantly surprised to get responses within 24 hours, every time.
Second, the entire process took less than what I anticipated. Most of the time was taken by the postal mail service. Other than that, the filing of the forms, etc., was done very promptly.
Finally, I believe these guys have nailed down the entire process and the hurdles that NRI face. They are courteous, prompt and get the job done.
