My request was to get a duplicate PAN card and this was completed in a timely manner, I submitted my request on Sept 20th and received the duplicate PAN card on Nov 11th. I am assuming this took a little longer due to the festive season in India. All my queries and concerns were address as and when I raised. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by the associate. Only 1 recommendation I would like to make, was about the last step when Pan card was dispatched by the govt office. there was no way I could verify the status of my assignment which was send by Speed post.
