The application for PAN card process was simple and processing took around 6 to 8 weeks to get the card. I sent the application through email as attachment to make sure everything looks good before I mailed it to them. That way there was no rejection/correction problem. If you need a PAN card go through them. Only thing is the fee does not include the shipping charges from our place to them. It became little expensive as I had to pay around 70 dollars more for fast shipping and custom verification. Otherwise everything is good.
