I have rarely seen such friendly customer representative in any business in India. But the standards of service that Ms. Prachi Gupta shown, from the time I applied the PAN card to the time I received the card, was genuinely heart-warming. Even In the USA where customer service is given high priority and prominence, I cannot pick one that matched the level of excellence shown by Ms. Prachi Gupta. I believe that Ms. Gupta is an asset to any organization she serves. I and my wife would like to have a cup of tea with her any time we visit Faridabad.
