My application was submitted and straight away I received correspondence from Prachi Gupta informing me of its arrival and what the next steps were. There were no problems and Prachi was brilliant informing me regularly of the progress. And even when I questioned the PAN cards arrival Prachi was very reassuring and ensured it was due chased up the despatch time and date.
