Customer service is shocking!
I ordered a pair of earrings when Pandora had a 20% discount code. When the earrings arrived they were faulty. I returned them online as stores are currently closed and requested a replacement. Pandora ignored my request and want me to pay full price for a pair of non-faulty earrings.
I complained so they offered me a 10% discount, again I declined and was offered 15% discount. Customers shouldn’t be penalised for the fact that stores are closed due to COVID. Pandora shouldn’t be sending out faulty products. Customer service agent actually used the phrase “not my problem”.
I’m not asking for much, just to be able to reorder the earrings at the price I paid at point of sale.....nothing more.
Very poor service!
