I ordered an item to pick up in the Eaton Center store and it was processed and my payment went through. After haven’t received any emails about pickup after 24 hours I noticed on google maps the store is permanently closed. WHY would you allow me to purchase it for pickup at that store if it’s permanently closed. I had to call customer service for them to tell me in about 3 business days it will be canceled. THAT IS SOO INCONVENIENT. Mind you the first time I called the rep told me the store closed early, the second rep told me it is actually permanently closed. You need to update your platforms and update your reps and not inconvenience people. HORRIBLE!!!!

I would give a 0 if I could. I bought a necklace. Went straight for food in the ondara where I purchased it. I tried it on and decided it was too heavy. Took it back almost straight away. I couldn’t see anything else in that particular store so asked for a refund so I could look online. I was told I could only have a credit note. I ended up buying a necklace and charm I didn’t really want. And the jewellery cleaner! Decided I definitely didn’t like the charm so went to the store in Benidorm. Long story short I ended up with 2 charms I didn’t really like as they didn’t have the one I had seen online. A daft clasp opener I thought o could use as a key ring as she said I could only get a credit note for that store. I still have the €5 credit note that I can’t and refuse to buy another thing from Pandora. Was pretty much fobbed off when I contacted customer service. Told in Spain it’s different. May I add .. the silver is a grey colour most of the time with no shine. Cheap nasty silver! The jewellery cleaner leaves a sticky residue and cleans nothing! Never again will I purchase from Pandora. How disappointing and a waste of €150.

⁹Got sent faulty items. Have called multiple times, have emailed proof,called again, non stop chasing these people to get things sorted, eventually got an email stating free replacement will be shipped out via express delivery, they just needed my confirmation. I then emailed back and it was ignored, so i had to phone again. The customer service rep was making such a mess trying to sort it, i ended up having a futher 8 emails come through with her placing wrong items and then cancelling them. I then had to phone back to speak to someone else to make sure that it had been done right. Two days later and the items have still not been posted, this is supposed to have been express delivery, so phoned them again and was told it would be posted that day. It still hasnt been posted, so ive called again. The service is utterly appalling, no one is doing a thing. Customer service is disgusting. The company is taking the mick out of me. Im really really annoyed

I had bought a Pandora bracelet years ago, and I filled it up with all of my favorite charms and then one day at the grocery store. The class was a little bit loose and somehow I lost it and I was absolutely devastated. I bought a new bracelet, but it didn’t really fit my wrist and it wasn’t comfortable for me, but then I saw on an advertisement you had these link bracelets or what you call ME link bracelets and I thought that that was the bracelet for me that’s my style… So I ordered the bigger one with an extra link and I was thrilled when I got it in the mail that they also sent me as a gift the smaller link bracelet. I only have one charm at this point and it’s the four leaf clover charm and I picked that in memory of family that is passed on because I am Irish and my great grandparents immigrated from Ireland and so I think of that charm as my family. I am, however, in love with that little coffin charm that I saw on your site but right now I’m going through treatment and money is tight but when things are better, I’ll be buying more charms at least a couple to add to my Emmy large link bracelet. But it is so me it is so comfortable and every time I look at it, it makes me happy so thank you. Thank you for knowing that women are all shapes and sizes and styles and colors and that’s what makes your jewelry so unique because it can fit anyone’s style, and all that that entails… Thank you… Sara

I’ll never buy from Pandora again. My daughter was given a Pandora bracelet for her birthday. It didn’t fit, and when I tried to exchange it (with the original receipt), I was told flat out “no” because it was past 30 days. Think about that – a gift bought in advance, given on her birthday, and by the time we could get to the store… Pandora basically said tough luck. So my daughter was left with a bracelet she can’t even wear, and Pandora couldn’t care less. No flexibility, no compassion, no attempt to help – just a cold “computer says no” attitude. This isn’t just poor service, it’s disgusting. Other jewellers are miles ahead in terms of quality and customer care. Pandora feels outdated, overpriced, and stuck in its ways. When I mention Pandora to younger people, they literally say “never heard of it” – and after this, I can see why the brand is fading. If you value your money, your time, or your loved ones, avoid Pandora. There are so many better options out there that won’t treat you with the contempt Pandora does. They’ve lost me as a customer for life, and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how badly they let us down.

Unfreakingbelievable!!! I can't believe I'm on my way back for the seventh "7th" time in 2 years to get pandoras "constantly falling apart" low quality jewelry fixed! I'm sick of, and done with Pandora in every way, shape, and form!

I love my Pandora bracelets they are so beautiful ,! They are little expensive but you get what you pay for and the quality is better,don't go generic, Pandora is worth every cent !

My children ordered me a beautiful bracelet for Mother’s Day. It was too large and I requested the return and a full refund. Return shipped and Pandora confirmed receipt and told me a full refund would process in 10 business days. 16 business days later, contacted Pandora to inquire regarding the refund. Placed on hold for a few minutes and was told an electronic gift card was emailed 13 days ago. I didn’t want a gift card, I wanted a refund. Double checked all folders in my email and found no email from Pandora. Asked for a copy of the communication which took several minutes to produce. First, I expected a refund, as per their instructions 13 days ago. Today was told it is a gift card. Be weary of a company that doesn’t do what they promise to do. It’s called integrity and I am finished purchasing Pandora products. Unsatisfied Customer in NC - Alexandra

I bought my daughter a stacking set of rings in April, it is early July now. This eas a bday gift. One of the zirconia stones fell out and the ring became misshapen. However the other ring did not change shape. The sales assistant kept emphasising that my daughter should never sleep with them on, because our body temperature increases during sleep and changes the shape of the rings... I had never heard such nonsense in my entire life. In the end, she told me to Google this a little more (regarding the body temp) and decided to replace my daughter's ring. I was very disappointed with the attitude and tone with which we were faced with. If the outcome was not in our favour, I would have taken things further, but one thing I am taking away from this is that they have lost 2 Pandora customers.

First of all, I have to mention Pandora’s customer service. I honestly can’t believe such a well-known jewelry brand could have such disappointing service. The first time I called, no one picked up. Later, someone finally answered and promised to email me the next day — but I never received anything. After that, I called several more times. While they did answer, their responses were vague and repetitive, and I didn’t receive any real help. I also tried using the live chat, but they read my message and didn’t reply. All I want is to return an item I purchased but wasn’t satisfied with.

I visited Pandora at International Mall. Amy was awesome. I wasn't ready to buy but had questions about the jewelry and prices. Usually when I say I'm not sure if I'm going to buy the clerks disappear. But Amy stayed with me and answered all my questions. I'm definitely going back to purchase a bracelet and charms.

Definitely a struggling company and you can tell by the immature staff they employ who have no idea how to respect their customers. Quality of charms are not made to last the years

I have never been so disrespected in my life in dealing with retail. Katie, the store manager at Pandora Pinecrest location, was awful. Not only did she racially profile my two eight year old daughters and myself. Her customer service was nonexistent, wouldn’t honor Pandora’s policies and for no reason. Thankfully the staff at Beachwood mall was more than willing to stand up for what was right and honor the policies that Pandora has in place. For your jewelry needs please visit the staff at Beachwood place.

Poor quality. I purchased my wife a Pandora bracelet and charms as a gift and the clasp on the bracelet lasted one week. They replaced the bracelet straight away this time we got two weeks out of the clasp before it broke also.  My wife is totally turned off Pandora now due to the extreme Poor quality. She said she’s too scared to even wear it so what is the point !?  I think that a Facebook page with no review section and no way to send a message is a telling sign of the lack of confidence in a company’s own product. I rang their head office in Australia and they simply advised to take back to store and exchange or get a refund and spend the money elsewhere.

Wow my Pandora journey has begun. Staff was lovely and friendly, full of advice.. bought my first ring at the beginning of the week and then went back at the end of the week for 2 more.. stunning rings..
