I called customer service. The person I spoke with had a very thick accent and it was extremely difficult to have a conversation with him. It was very frustrating. If you are going to have customer service representatives on the phone you need to be sure that they can be easily understood. This rep was not able to help me with my issue and I finally had to just say Forget it, I’ll go to a store! Very disappointed.

I ordered two pairs of earrings and they arrived with one gift box. I did not request the additional premium packaging as these were birthday presents but assumed they would arrive with their own basic box. Apparently this is clearly stated in their terms (who reads those when buying earrings)! For the cost (not expensive but not cheap) I think a basic cardboard box for each item is not too much to ask instead of a plastic bag

Absolutely beyond disappointed with the quality of this engraved piece I absolutely loved before it completely tarnished a few weeks later.. I definitely would NOT recommend this piece they offer for the price they charge and how it’s ruined.

I went in to the Exeter branch today to ask for a stone to be replaced in my Pandora ring that I had had for several years - it had fallen out and I didn’t have the stone. I was absolutely astounded when they offered to give me a new ring free of charge !! Really excellent customer service ! Vicky was really lovely about it too ! Thank you Pandora !

I was just trying to order some charms online and I accidentally put in the wrong address(which is my fault) but they said I can’t cancel the order after the confirmation email, but I placed my order 4 days ago and I still have to confirmation email so I tried customer service but it was so useless and misunderstanding and it said it could help me when I said I didn’t get the confirmation email??!!!!!

I do not frequently shop at Pandora, but I must commend their customer service, which I found to be absolutely exceptional. Alejandra R and Samuel M, in particular, demonstrated remarkable understanding and patience, and their assistance with my situation was instrumental in saving my daughter's birthday.

Not at all happy, brought a ring at bury st Edmunds store in dec as a Christmas present and the stone fell out in March took it back to the shop.hadnot got the receipt as had electronic receipt, was told they only keep record for 30 days so wouldn't be able to find it! Told me thr only thing would be to have it repaired (fair enough, ) then it would be a,£9 cost! NOT VERY HAPPY The jewellery is lovely expensive but ,I love it But will not be buying pandora again as think this policy is all wrong !! I have a lot of pandora jewellery rings bangles and charm bracelet witch is full of charms but sorry Moore!! SHAM DO NOTHAVE ELECTRONIC RECEIPT AS AFTER 30 DAYS NOT ABLE TO TRACE

I ordered several charms! Cute! However they were all thrown in one box. I ordered boxes at the same time, they sent wrong ones. gave a refund but would not send the right ones without another order! I Appreciate the refund but wanted the boxes! Wasn't happy how they were thrown in one box .

I received the pandora clasp pavè bracelet for my 55 year b’day… I'm writing about my Pandora Clasp Pave bracelet. The braided chain is starting to unravel, causing loose ends that are damaging my clothes and, more concerning, cutting my skin. Could I please get this checked and possibly replaced or repaired? I'd appreciate your help with this safety issue.

Online order of two charms delivered 21 Dec. Opened 25 Dec (these were an Xmas present) - one item missing. Contacted Pandora Customer Service to report missing item. They declined to offer either a replacement or refund, claiming any issues must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. Did ask them, twice, where and when I'd been advised of this deadline - no response. No hint of an apology, and their closing remark was "feel free to make a claim via your credit card provider"!

I purchased 5 pandora bangle bracelets. I live in western ny and its a blizzard here. My items were all in one small box the size of an envelope, yet instead of putting it in my mailbox it was thrown on my porch to be burried in wet snow. A complete soggy mess. Then, 5 bracelets, only 2 boxes? The rest in bags like i ordered from temu or wish. Whos giving a gift like that? No box...Very, very unprofessional and totally unacceptable! I called and they said sorry we cannot replace boxes and were as rude as can be...lost a 20+ year customer with that! Would highly recommend not purchasing on line! Customer service 0 stars...

Acknowledgement of return took 10 days. 10 days on still waiting for a refund!!! Thats 20 days in all. From a large well known cocern such as this is UNACCEPTABLE.

trying to get hold of Pandora head office is like trying to squeeze water from a brick. I spent 3 hours in total calling the 2 numbers given. no one answers emails and no one answers calls... I placed an order 2 weeks ago and eventually had to go into Santon City in JHB to go purchase what I ordered only to be told they would need to order from Head office...... This is never going to be delivered before Christmas. So much for planning ahead of time.

I have had some beautiful charms over the years but feel the quality has really gone down. I was gifted a ‘Grand-daughter’ charm recently. The charm is very small and hard to get onto my bracelet. The writing is so small, it is almost indecipherable. And what was supposed to be a pink stone is more a whitish yellow and very hard to see. What a shame. Really puts me off buying any more. Lots of others have made identical observations/complaints online.

I find it weird that they were selling a bracelet for 250 with a 30% discount making it 175 and a week before Christmas they jacked up all the prices and canceled all the discounts

Awful Went for the buy 2 get one free offer with two orders, charged £20 for 4x special packaging, only received one set, no separate boxes for my gifts, e mailed no response, called them and spoke to adviser, got apology and sent new order with missing items. Received my packaging to find only 3 outer gift boxes, no gift bags, no separate jewellery boxes, sent another email with no reply, they are useless feel like sending everything back, only I have secondry cancer and no energy for all the grief re ordering elsewhere before xmas.
