Pandora is a bad company I had bought a bracelet is not good as lock won’t lock .and I came in the store want a exchange they won’t do it and claim it’s on me..

I came in today to do an exchange and was pleasantly approached by Ashtyn at your Auburn Hills location inside Great Lakes Crossing Mall. I just wanted Pandora to know that she is a great asset to your company. I was very pleased with her caring and warm customer service. We as customers need more people like Ashtyn. Her staff also were pleasant. Genesis especially…A1 customer service with both of these young ladies.

Placed an order then about a week later saw on ups site it was delayed in new jersey. A week later saw on ups that the package was damaged and they would notify the sender. Forget trying to call customer service doesn't work and a store says they're unable to do anything. I finally used the chat and was told the item was no longer in stock so I requested my money back will see if that happens. This place has the worst customer service will not purchase from them again and this was my first time.

I purchased a gift for Christmas I paid for it it never arrived . They opened a new order I have no tracking and it takes days to reach the horrible customer service. Never order online it’s the worst nightmare I’ve been on the phone for two days I still have no jewelry and no resolve but it’s paid for.

Don't buy anything online. I got a defective Michigan charm where the Michigan is all rubbed off. Sure it was a final sale but said nothing about being defective and they have no more in stock they want to send me a e-card. That don't help for Christmas because I will never have it before then. They should have replaced it with a different Michigan one. Won't buy anything online again.

I have brought 4 bracelets from pandora and 2 of them are filled with all off pandora charms and 5 stackable rings. I was told I could get my jewelry cleaned for a lifetime. I go in today real early soon as they open. Young lady tells me we no longer clean jewelry. That’s bad business!!

I paid for my subscription two days ago and I am still receiving commercials. Very frustrating since there's no one to call! I've been a member for many years and wanted to come back, but now I'm thinking against it there's no one to reach or to help for customer support.

I've been a loyal Pandora customer for years, but my recent experience has completely soured my perception of the brand. I attempted to use an expired gift card, a common occurrence, and was met with an inflexible and disappointing response from customer service. Despite my polite request and explanation, Pandora refused to reinstate the card worth £55, effectively pocketing the unused funds. This lack of customer empathy and willingness to profit from a minor oversight is truly disheartening. It's clear that Pandora prioritizes its bottom line over customer satisfaction. I urge potential customers to reconsider their purchases and seek out brands that value their customers and treat them with respect. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and encourages Pandora to reevaluate its customer service policies.

I am extremely disappointed with Pandora’s products. All of my bracelets and charms have tarnished and turned dark, despite my attempts to keep them clean. I have taken them in for professional cleaning three times, and they still look terrible. For the price, I expected much higher quality, but these pieces feel like low-grade costume jewelry. What’s worse, there’s no guarantee on the products! When I filed a complaint on their website, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Save your money and avoid Pandora—this has been a frustrating and expensive disappointment.

My Pandora bracelet broke after only two years. They do not fix them replace them or help you in anyway. It is a piece of junk. Do not buy this product.

My shopping experiences are always amazing and Kate is my go to girl she is awesome and always makes it fun when I pick out my jewelry I love to mix and match the pieces I choose and they always turn out so pretty!!!!!

Do not ever buy Jewlery from Pandora online. They committed fraud with my order. We ordered the two carat diamond infinity ring ($2900.00) on Sept. 16, 2024. My package arrived on September 18, 2024, EMPTY, yes I mean no ring and no ring box enclosed. I immediately called Pandora to inform them that I did not receive a ring. After many phone calls and lots of emails a Pandora Ambassador informed me that they would be doing a UPS claim before I could get a refund. She also informed me that I did not get a ring because that ring in my size WAS NOT in stock but they were doing a UPS claim regardless. Fast forward about a week, I was told the UPS claim was accepted and I would be getting a refund. After a stack of about 2 inches of printed emails between me and Pandora, I still have no refund and it is November 4, 2024. Please beware of Pandora as they are scammers. They received my money and UPS's money so they made out almost $6,000 and I still have no ring or refund. I did not want to give them one star.

Hi , i dont want to give it even one star 0 would be better never ever had i experience shop like it in Reading brought a ring 3 weeks ago , diamonds feel out 3 of them they said i needed to take ring of while in bed or shower never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life take my ring off while i sleep .absolutely awful shop never shop in there again

They don't honor sale/gifts. I ordered 3 charms yesterday during a sale and the items claimed to be in stock. Today I work up to and email saying the "free" gift was cancelled it the rest of the order is fine. I called to see if there was a different store I could pick up the item that was cancelled or choose another the answer was no. They couldn't do anything. How is that customer service?? Can't change the item or the store I choose to pick it up? I than ask to cancel the order and they said they can't I would have to wait for it to be shipped out and return it. I'm totally done with Pandora and closing my credit card with them.

I have been shopping at pandora for years. I absolutely love it. The customer service is great and professional. They have great patience the product is amazing and the prices are affordable as well. They always have promotions and sales going on. Go check them out.
