Music was fine and I understand you need advertisers, but the commercial should be in ENGLISH!!! THAT IS AWFUL YOU PLAY SPANISH!! ANY OTHER language other than ENGLISH is WRONG!!

So my boyfriend bought me £500 worth of Pandora. They send on the website it will take around 8-9 business days till it comes. First problem, it took two weeks for not even half of the stuff to come, and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Second problem was that they were fake. I wish I could be lying but they were fake as they made my finger turn green. Third problem: my gold ring turned silver, which for what i know off should not happen to a good quality ring. I would like to say, just go to the store and do not pay online because it will rip you off with fake jewellery. That's disgusting and horrible of you Pandora .

Have bought of pandora in store multiple times over the years but recently purchased 3 rings online that were to be shipped from Australia. I was pleasantly surprised when my products arrived within 3 days after being shipped from Austalia to Newzeland. Everything was beautifully packaged and all rings were true to size. Will definitely recommend online purchases!

Pandora Wimbledon are holding my ring hostage after I brought it to the store in October 2023 to be repaired. All staff (particularly the manager) have been extremely rude, refusing to accept there was a mistake made and not a single apology issued for the long wait time for getting the ring fixed after they admitted they lost the ring. Staff were so rude to me that I left the store multiple times in floods of tears. I visited the store about 7 times from October 2023 to May 2024 and staff were rude each time demanding I paid more money to get the ring fixed, calling me a liar and gaslighting me into believing I was the one in the wrong. The ring holds massive sentimental value, I have had it for over 5 years and the store will not let me take my ring back. I have rung customer helpline and nothing has been done other than an empty promise that they will look into it. Not a single apology issued for the upset caused and still not returning my own property to me. Awful.

Bad company, I used to buy a lot of things from them but the last time that i went to a particular store, an employee from the store keep the bracelet that I Bought. I talked with a lot of people from Pandora, until now i don't have any answer. Never again i will buy pandora! Worst customer service

Purchased an engraved heart for Mother’s Day. I am the incorrectly engraved the heart. When I called to get the problem rectified, they admitted they made a mistake, but would not fully refund my complete purchase in order to re-purchase the order the way I ordered it. They want me to pay for their mistake. Bad business will not be purchasing anything from them ever again, knowing that they will not correct or wrong.

A friend purchased 3 rings for me for my birthday 29 days ago. Two of them is turning so i called the store about returning or exchanging them because I purchased the warranty, but I was told there is noting i can do until the 1 year is up and my warranty goes into effect. THATS CRAZY.. My friend paid almost $300.00 for my birthday rings and now i can't even wear them.. The store I used was Willowbrook Mall inside of Macys , Houston Tx. DO NOT GO TO PANDORA.......

I went to the Pandora store in Sherway Mall, Etobicoke. I only wanted to buy one charm that I liked, but a black employee wanted me to buy 2 more charms to attach to my pracellet string. She thought that if I didn't buy these two more charms, my bracelet strap would be at risk of breaking. I did not agree and she expressed her unpleasant attitude towards me. When I asked her to help me put on the bracelet, she held it but didn't put it on for me but threw it back to me, making me very surprised. I've bought at other Pandora stores and the staff is quite friendly, not like this lady. What a bad buying experience for me.

Pandora will not allow you to connect to your mobile service to play songs. I just watch an entire movie on Netflix on cellular and pandora wouldn’t allow me to play songs which much less bandwidth, pandora sucks!!!!!

Placed an order with this company 4/26/2024, for a cleaning kit and 2 of their clear pave clip charms. Package arrived 5/2/2024. They sent the cleaning kit but decided to keep the two pave charms and now are refusing to send a replacement or refund my money. I was told they are going to file a claim with UPS. no mention of making it right with me so basically i’m screwed. Be VERY careful about dealing with this company.

first order from pandora and I got the wrong item. I ordered the 2024 pandora club charm and got the charms and a cheap looking ring. I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to resolve this issue. Not a good start at all. Really sorry I ordered the item I did after reading the reviews.

The product is of low quality, in just 3 months the color went out and I went to the store to change it and they didn't change it. I'm used to having jewelry and I'm very careful with my accessories. but honestly, Pandora's products are of very low quality, they only have a name on the market. Definitely disappointed with the pieces they propose to sell. This “company” is worse than Shein products. so don't waste your time, you can buy any product from Shein which is better than their items.

Don’t trust the beauty of their jewelry…Mine was a gift from St. Jude’s children’s hospital,I purchased several hundred dollars in charms,one end ball on my bangle just broke off , no fix no replacement 😢I’m screwed!!!

Do not buy anything from pandora my daughter bought me a necklace with a heart it tarnished to black within a year and they would not take it back or fix it only offered me a cleaning solution to buy from them, which I did and it did not clean . Will never buy anything from them again!!! buyer beware

I went to Pandora this evening as my bracelet had broken. They said that it was not covered under warranty because it was over a year. Also had a couple of charms that were broken, again, they said they were not covered and they could not replace them or even fix them!! I am beginning to find their jewelry very cheap and not as good as they used to be. Won’t be buying anything from there anymore!!!!
