DO NOT BUY the Pandora Me bracelet as the links will fail and not only will you lose the charms but the actual bracelet. Pandora have advised when complaining they will happily replace the faulty bracelet but if it has already been lost as in my case tough luck they have no interest! The customer service is appalling and they couldn’t care less about how much you have spent and lost but happy to give you discount to buy other items! Shocking! Such a shame as the bracelet looks so nice but is clearly not fit for purpose!

I was gifted a bracelet for Xmas 2023 which unfortunately is too big. Because it was bought more than 30 days ago I can’t exchange it. Customer services are no help at all. So now I have an item that I can’t use. Very dissatisfied with Pandora

My dog was milked by a coyote 3 years ago. My daughter bought me a Pandora bracelet with two charms as a Remembrance. 2 days ago bracelet came apart and fell to ground .. I lost one of the charms . Pandora refused to replace bracelet as it was over they’re one year warranty . A reputable company that stands behind their product and under special circumstances would replace it . I guess they know their products don’t last much beyond the one year mark .. so this lets them off the hook . Terrible Customer Service . Never will we Buy from this company again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! They have screwed up my Christmas so badly it is irreparable. I ordered a charm that is now no longer in stock and a "FREE" bangle which is also now no longer in stock and another Christmas gift and they sent it to the WRONG address, despite having the correct information. Returned it all and canceled my order. Now, I cannot even order those items. Customer service is advising me they cannot even credit me for the free item that I ORDERED IN STOCK!!!??? THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

Disappointed. I purchase a christmas present at pandora online. Using what was supposed to be a buy online and pick up at store. To my surprise when a arrive at the store, i was told to go the customer line out side the store. So where is the advantage of buying online and picking up at the store if i have to go and the line to pick up my purchase. Extremely disappointing. F-

Terrible customer service! Can’t get jewelry cleaned in December… what is that?? Esp when purchased from pandora? Then, when you are able to get your jewelry cleaned from the store that you purchased from, you can only get it done mon-fri, not at all on weekends. Terrible business decision. No wonder people say stay away from this store and company. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN! No one should!!!

Went to Pandora in Temecula, California last week to get a bracelet and charm for my daughters 21st birthday. Wasn’t sure if the size of her wrist cause it’s smaller than mines. She took a link or two off to make it smaller. I specifically asked if it was too small what can she do. She told me to bring it back to add a link back on. My daughter went in today and they refused to add another link on because my daughter had to bring it in unworn, still in the package. The bracelet is too tight and unwearable. Not what was told to me. The customer service there is terrible as well. Disappointed. My 3rd time at Pandora and probably won’t be returning.

My mom gave me a gift from five years ago from Pandora. I live 90 minutes from the nearest store and returned the bracelet because it wasn't my style. They gave me a receipt that was the gift card. I went back a couple of years later with my daughter thinking she could pick something out (she lives in a different state but loves Pandora). They said that they couldn't use the receipt because they changed to physical gift cards. They said they would check into it and let me know how they could fix it. Needless to say, they never got back to me. I phoned them a couple of times and the manager never returned my calls. Since then I emailed 3 different times asking what I could do about replacing the receipt with the gift card. I NEVER hear back from anyone although I get an email saying someone will get back to me. I drove out another time and they promised to resolve it and never got back to me. This is a $300.00 credit. These people of crooks - its frustrating especially since my mom is on a fixed income and should not have spent the money in the first place. Shame on pandora!

Went into swords dublin Pandora to exchange necklace with gift receipt for a longer style. Told not in stock (the longer style) by assistant - and that I would have to phone every day to see when it might come in as they have no control over orders. Asked if they could call me, she said no. They don’t call customers. Went back two days later to see other items was shown another necklace but did not like it. Again told my preferred item not in stock and have to keep phoning as no other stores have my preferred item in stock. So… who knows when new stock arrives or what it may be as the shop admitted they have no idea. With a 30 day limit on refunds, no idea if what I want to exchange to will come into a store I decided to get a refund with the original receipt. The most unhelpful staff, rubbish after sale service and will never use Pandora again.

I ordered two items totaling 200$. I received the much less expensive one and that’s it. I paid extra for a note written, and didn’t get it. The order sticker I got in the package listed both items. They’re screwups in every sense of the word. Even the one I got looks different than the one online. I talked to customer service to get it shipped out again but it’s going to be a week. Meaning I’m going to not have my full present for my second anniversary. I don’t understand how such a well know company can be such massive idiots. Order from somewhere else. Don’t trust them.

I have had the worst experience of customer service I have ever received today at the Pandora Watford store. I went the store with my daughter to purchase a birthday gift. We browsed the store them went to the centre till area where we saw a charm we wanted to have a look at, the lady was helping 2 other customers and had the tray out with the charm we wanted to look at on. I asked if we could have a look whilst the tray was out, to which the assistant replied “ I can only serve one customer at a time”. This is fair enough, but she was very curt and never even looked up at me. We then waited but the I saw another assistant had become free and the desk at the back of the store so we made our way over, I smiled and hadn’t even get a word out of my mouth when she looked at me rudely and said “that lady was here before you” bearing in mind we had now been in the store for about 20 mins and I saw the lady just walk in! I then tried to explain that we had been waiting to be attended to, she basically ignored me and carried on attending to the other customer. My daughter and I then walked back to the centre till, the assistant continued to look up at me as she could see I was not happy and then proceeded to shout across the store, there is a sign over there hat tells you where to cue!! She was so rude and I was so angry that I then left the store without making the purchase I wanted to. Both assistants were very rude, lacked any kind of customer service training and quite frankly are not fit to serve customers. Pandora, absolutely disgusting, you have just lost yourself a very good customer who buys regularly for birthdays, Christmas and throughout the year. You seriously need to contact you Watford branch and deal with your RUDE staff. Will be making a formal complaint.

We purchased a $2500 bracelet 2 days ago in Orlando and needed to return due to size. We purchased in Orlando because Daytona did not have size needed. We were assured we could return the incorrect size at the daytona store for a full refund we have all receipts for both bracelets. The Daytona Pandora store would not return/refund because they claimed it is not a corporate store. Although we checked the website which clearly stated the return policy and direct us to return to the Volusia Mall Daytona store, so you can understand the frustration. Now we have to drive 1.5 hours - a three hr round-trip to return it in Orlando. Never would we assume this would be an issue under any circumstances two days after a purchase with the same company and we confirmed it when we purchased told it would not be a problem as we knew we would be returning one of the sizes we had purchased. We are NEVER shopping at any Pandora again. Corporate should’ve had their franchise store’s back and make it convenient for the customer which it was also a long trip to get to Daytona to make this return to begin with. We have been loyal customers at other Pandoras for years, but won’t be shopping at any again due to this hassle. The Daytona store is in a regular mall and we got same type receipts as store in Orlando stating items can be returned for full refund so we feel scammed. Buyer’s Beware. What should’ve been a very simple return was a nightmare for a good customer with poor service. Never have I had this happen at Macys, Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany’s or anywhere else in my 40 years plus of shopping when the return policy was clearly stated on receipt and it was two days later. Now we must be inconvenienced further and travel far to return the incorrect size. Pandora made a very poor business decision and will lose lots of customers due to this incompetence. We will be posting this everywhere possibly to alert the public of these practices plus telling all of our friends who are big shoppers as well. . We have copies of all receipts and proof of everything stated.

I can't understand how this company exists. Members of my family over the years have now bought me my 4th bracelet. They have all turned black and lost silver sheen - this includes the so called silver charms. Absolutely rubbish product that will give you approx three months wear. Im actually sick giving them one star in order to do this review. Pandora stop scamming customers and be HONEST about the life span of your products. Total waste of money - BE AWARE

I got a pandora bracelet last last Mother’s Day I never wore it I took it out of the pandora bag and the bracelet was tarnished. I took it to the Nova store, the sale lady ask if she could clean it would that be okay with I told yes. She could not clean. The manager said there was nothing she do. I asked if I could get another bracelet the manager told be No and call the corporate off. She never gave the corporate number. I should get a new bracket. I would not purchase anything for on Pandora and don’t want anyone to give me one
