Bought gold necklace, got it in silver. Was unable to deliver it back and get the one i bought. Never buying from e-store ever again!!

I love my Pandora bracelets they are so beautiful ,! They are little expensive but you get what you pay for and the quality is better,don't go generic, Pandora is worth every cent !

My children ordered me a beautiful bracelet for Mother’s Day. It was too large and I requested the return and a full refund. Return shipped and Pandora confirmed receipt and told me a full refund would process in 10 business days. 16 business days later, contacted Pandora to inquire regarding the refund. Placed on hold for a few minutes and was told an electronic gift card was emailed 13 days ago. I didn’t want a gift card, I wanted a refund. Double checked all folders in my email and found no email from Pandora. Asked for a copy of the communication which took several minutes to produce. First, I expected a refund, as per their instructions 13 days ago. Today was told it is a gift card. Be weary of a company that doesn’t do what they promise to do. It’s called integrity and I am finished purchasing Pandora products. Unsatisfied Customer in NC - Alexandra

I bought my daughter a stacking set of rings in April, it is early July now. This eas a bday gift. One of the zirconia stones fell out and the ring became misshapen. However the other ring did not change shape. The sales assistant kept emphasising that my daughter should never sleep with them on, because our body temperature increases during sleep and changes the shape of the rings... I had never heard such nonsense in my entire life. In the end, she told me to Google this a little more (regarding the body temp) and decided to replace my daughter's ring. I was very disappointed with the attitude and tone with which we were faced with. If the outcome was not in our favour, I would have taken things further, but one thing I am taking away from this is that they have lost 2 Pandora customers.

First of all, I have to mention Pandora’s customer service. I honestly can’t believe such a well-known jewelry brand could have such disappointing service. The first time I called, no one picked up. Later, someone finally answered and promised to email me the next day — but I never received anything. After that, I called several more times. While they did answer, their responses were vague and repetitive, and I didn’t receive any real help. I also tried using the live chat, but they read my message and didn’t reply. All I want is to return an item I purchased but wasn’t satisfied with.

I visited Pandora at International Mall. Amy was awesome. I wasn't ready to buy but had questions about the jewelry and prices. Usually when I say I'm not sure if I'm going to buy the clerks disappear. But Amy stayed with me and answered all my questions. I'm definitely going back to purchase a bracelet and charms.

Definitely a struggling company and you can tell by the immature staff they employ who have no idea how to respect their customers. Quality of charms are not made to last the years

Great customer service asked if I could get a silver ring for my mum’s birthday and they showed me something nice and affordable would certainly recommend. Thank you Enny for the fantastic service :)

I have never been so disrespected in my life in dealing with retail. Katie, the store manager at Pandora Pinecrest location, was awful. Not only did she racially profile my two eight year old daughters and myself. Her customer service was nonexistent, wouldn’t honor Pandora’s policies and for no reason. Thankfully the staff at Beachwood mall was more than willing to stand up for what was right and honor the policies that Pandora has in place. For your jewelry needs please visit the staff at Beachwood place.

Poor quality. I purchased my wife a Pandora bracelet and charms as a gift and the clasp on the bracelet lasted one week. They replaced the bracelet straight away this time we got two weeks out of the clasp before it broke also.  My wife is totally turned off Pandora now due to the extreme Poor quality. She said she’s too scared to even wear it so what is the point !?  I think that a Facebook page with no review section and no way to send a message is a telling sign of the lack of confidence in a company’s own product. I rang their head office in Australia and they simply advised to take back to store and exchange or get a refund and spend the money elsewhere.

Wow my Pandora journey has begun. Staff was lovely and friendly, full of advice.. bought my first ring at the beginning of the week and then went back at the end of the week for 2 more.. stunning rings..

TERRIBLE customer service. First of all, I ordered an e-card to be sent to a colleague, and instead they sent it to me. When I tried to call customer service, I was on the line 25 minutes before anyone picked up. Then they said that they couldn’t cancel the order, they could not change the email address, and I could not have a refund. They kept putting me on hold; altogether the call took 45 minutes. And then finally when I said it’s Pandora’s fault that they sent it to the wrong email address and I want to talk to a supervisor and then the guy on the line who I could barely understand, said oh sorry I can’t hear you. You’ll have to call back at a later time. Hung up on me. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. There’s so many other places to get jewelry and you’ll be treated better.

I have always been a Pandora girlie and have loved them and they’re amazing prices since a young age when I wore silver jewelry BUT I’ve recently swapped to gold and I understand that it’s only gold plated from the jewellery that I have bought but it’s not even Ben five months and they’re already rusty and brown and turning my finger green. I also understand the after-care comes down to me. You are warned not to wear them in the shower and stuff like that because it’s obviously going to get tarnished but I have not been wearing them in water. I take them off for every shower every time I wash my hands it’s only on the odd occasion when I’m in public And they’re still doing this so quickly. Love Pandora would Hayley recommend if you’re getting silver? I’ve had silver for years and not a single mark but if you’re going to get gold, I would definitely go for something better quality.

Went to uxbridge pandora today Saturday 3rd may to purchase some charms . We were served by this wonderful store assistant who was very chatty she asked about my other bracelets i was wearing and what woderful customer service she gave us.unfortunately we do not know her name as it wasn't on the receipt but her terminal number wasGBMT000302 .I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time

SwWasn’t allowed in store not even to look because there were already 2 patrons inside. Associates then conversed in Spanish. And said no entry. So rude went across to Swarovskis was treated beautifully and spent close to 500.00. I guess Pandora doesn’t need business

I visited the pandora store in Bristol yesterday. I was served by a lovely kind and patient store assistant. I bought several items, including a ring and an engraved charm. The assistant was called Anna and they said they had only just started in the store. Only being there for a couple of days. As a retired pandora assistant from Yeovil, I understood the pressures and expected hoops you have to jump through on a daily basis. Anna was exceptional under the pressure of a busy store with out much backup from other staff. I say this as the other staff were serving and there were plenty of people looking around browsing needing attention. At no point did Anna do the hard sell and look great care ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I hope Pandora looks after this lovely lady. Date of experience: 24 April 2025

Well, it plays music, and at first it seems nice to create your own channels based on a band or artist, or even on just one song. But a big problem seems to be with the tweaking for personal taste. As you rate more and more songs with a thumbs-up, its algorithm(s) seem to be so unsophisticated that it just keeps playing the songs you have already rated thumbs-up over and over again, so soon enough even on shuffle setting it becomes less and less like listing to a station than being trapped in you own old record collection, all your own CDs, LPs and 45s, with next to nothing new being played or surprising you. I might try removing all of my thumbs-ups and rather only rate songs I don't like thumbs-down, to see if maybe it can learn to play songs I have never heard before or hardly at all, that I will probably like. I just don't need to hear Smooth Operator and Gimmie Shelter over and over again every time I turn on Pandora, even though I've given both a thumbs-up for being good tunes.

If I could rate 0 I would. My story is going on for over 4 months. Too long to explain. Global and North American offices don’t respond. Customer service can’t do much.
