First of all, I have to mention Pandora’s customer service. I honestly can’t believe such a well-known jewelry brand could have such disappointing service.
The first time I called, no one picked up. Later, someone finally answered and promised to email me the next day — but I never received anything.
After that, I called several more times. While they did answer, their responses were vague and repetitive, and I didn’t receive any real help. I also tried using the live chat, but they read my message and didn’t reply.
All I want is to return an item I purchased but wasn’t satisfied with.
