I have never been so disrespected in my life in dealing with retail. Katie, the store manager at Pandora Pinecrest location, was awful. Not only did she racially profile my two eight year old daughters and myself. Her customer service was nonexistent, wouldn’t honor Pandora’s policies and for no reason. Thankfully the staff at Beachwood mall was more than willing to stand up for what was right and honor the policies that Pandora has in place.
