You only have bracelet that only highest wrist size stop at 9.8 I wanted to get a bracelet size 10, Pandora don't make bracelet for any size, I think that a woman that a little better can't get, Pandora, I wanted to get a bracelet as a gift now my family member feeling will be very hurt. It should be for all shape and sizes. I call the store and they don't have it either well, I will let my friend know because we always buy from Pandora. Only if you a certain wrist size you can get bracelet. Well I hope you can do better. Happy Holidays

Olá Recebi uma pulseira de presente e a mesma passado 3 meses ficou com fecho estragado . Dirigir-me a loja aqui em Portugal para poder arranjar mas como não tinha o recibo da mesma não me deram assistência. Não acho normal a pandora não dar assistência quando se tem algum problema com os produtos mesmo esses tendo ou não garantia . A fábrica que os produz deveria ser a mesma a consertar porque isto fui defeito fabrico agora só porque não tenho o recibo fico com 1 pulseira cara em casa sem poder arranjar:(
